Separate burner, oven, and cooling complaints
For a BlueStar range or rangetop, identify the affected burner or oven function and how the behavior differs from normal operation. For refrigeration, identify the warm compartment rather than describing the whole kitchen appliance package as faulty. Include the model label and installation details so parts and access can be reviewed.
