Cooking modes and kitchen appliance performance
For a Café appliance, the finish and handle style do not identify the working components; the model label does. Describe which cooking mode, refrigerator compartment, or dishwasher stage has changed. If a smart feature reports a problem, keep the on-appliance message too so the repair request does not depend on an app notification alone.
Café problems to describe when you call
- Refrigerators: Cooling loss, compartment temperature differences, leaks, and door-seal concerns.
- Dishwashers: Standing water, poor cleaning, leaks, and incomplete cycles.
- Ovens, ranges, and cooktops: Heating, temperature, ignition, cooking-zone, and control faults.
- Microwaves: No heat, interrupted cooking, and door or control concerns.
- Wine and beverage coolers: Temperature drift, one warm zone, condensation, and fan noise.
