Cooking controls and integrated refrigeration
Dacor service requests should distinguish an older appliance from a newer model with different controls and parts. Note whether the complaint affects a single burner, oven cavity, refrigerator compartment, or the entire unit. For built-in equipment, describe the surrounding panels and cabinetry before scheduling.
Dacor problems to describe when you call
- Refrigerators: Cooling loss, compartment temperature differences, leaks, and door-seal concerns.
- Freezers: Warming, excess frost, unusual operation, and door-seal problems.
- Dishwashers: Standing water, poor cleaning, leaks, and incomplete cycles.
- Ovens, ranges, and cooktops: Heating, temperature, ignition, cooking-zone, and control faults.
- Microwaves: No heat, interrupted cooking, and door or control concerns.
- Wine and beverage coolers: Temperature drift, one warm zone, condensation, and fan noise.
